The company was founded in 2004 and has been in existence for over 20 years. It is composed of certified public accountants, tax consultants, economists, appraisers, lawyers, and expert advisory groups from various industries. Juru Company is the initiator and president unit of the Shanghai Pudong New Area Enterprise Service Agency Industry Association, as well as a financial and tax training provider for various district governments in Shanghai.
